The total price is determine at the consultation.  Pricing is based on where your hair is currently and what is needed to reach your hair goal.  Color is not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are very important to us – they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things come up and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide a 48-hour notice. In the event you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running behind, you must contact Blank Salon Studio + Apothecary, Inc. directly. (Via Text/Call 703.705.2571) Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee – per each service cancelled – does apply, and your credit card will be charged to accommodate the cancellation fee of the full appointment service(s) or the balance will be due before another service is rendered. 

LATE ARRIVAL:  We reserve your appointment time just for you, as we do for all of our lovely guests. A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so as to not disrupt the bookings of following guests. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or alter services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).

 

SERVICE REDO'S: We strive to offer guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’ll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services. Changing your mind on a look is not considered an adjustment, along with not achieving a desired result in one service, when it was discussed that it may take a couple services. We do, however, want you to be 100% happy with your hair. If you have any questions on the above, please contact us.
