CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are very important to us – they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things come up and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide a 48-hour notice. In the event you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running behind, you must contact Blank Salon Studio + Apothecary, Inc. directly. (Via Text/Call 703.705.2571) Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee – per each service cancelled – does apply, and your credit card will be charged to accommodate the cancellation fee of 50% of appointment less than 48 hrs notice and 100% of appointment of same day cancellations of full appointment service(s) or the balance will be due before another service is rendered.

LATE ARRIVAL:  We reserve your appointment time just for you, as we do for all of our lovely guests. A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so as to not disrupt the bookings of following guests. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or alter services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).
